Rituals We Share is a journal series that steps closer to the people who use our products every day. These are real stories from real lives — shaped by family, work, age, seasons, and everything in between.
At its heart, this series is about ritual in its truest form: the small, consistent acts of care that anchor us. Not perfection or routine for routine’s sake. But meaningful moments of pause that help us feel more like ourselves.
This time, we hear from Lily-Rose, a 19-year-old nanny whose days are filled with early mornings, busy workdays, afternoon swims, and time with family. Her approach to skincare reflects what she values in her everyday life: simplicity, consistency, and taking a little time to reset.
For Lily-Rose, skincare is not about complicated routines or endless products, it’s a form of self-care, and a ritual that brings a sense of calm and structure to her day. After struggling to know what to trust or use on her skin, she found in tahi something simple and reassuring that she could return to morning and night.
We’re so happy to share her story.

Q1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and your day-to-day life?
Hi there, my name is Lily-rose, I am 19 years old, and I work as a nanny for two beautiful girls. My day to day life consists of early mornings, busy work days, late afternoon swims, and finishing off with spending time with my family.
I do a lot of cooking and chasing after the children, so by the end of the day i am exhausted, and in need of a quick and simple skincare reset
Q2. What first drew you to tahi?
What drew me to Tahi was the simplicity of it all. I had spent a small fortune trying all different kinds of skincare, with long lists of ingredients on the back. And none of it worked. Not knowing what to trust or use on my skin was daunting, especially as a teenager with zero proper guidance, so beginning to use Tahi was a breath of relief.
Because of all the natural ingredients, I could relax knowing my skin would be safe. Just by having a quick look at the website and the ingredients I knew that it was a trustworthy product for my skin.
Q3. What does skincare look like for you realistically?
Q5. How do you use tahi products in your daily or weekly rituals?
I use tahi daily, the oil based moisturiser in both the mornings and at night. As both a cleanser and moisturiser. Then the beautifully refreshing facial spray as a toner and a way to rejuvenate my skin throughout the day. I also use the spray throughout my makeup routine, and during the work day or night out refresh my face and makeup. It has without a doubt become an essential in my life, truly could not go a day without it. Using Tahi has been so amazing for my confidence and health. Truly love the product and hope they come up with more things I can fit into my routine in the future.
Q6. How does using tahi make you feel — beyond your skin?
Tahi makes me feel safe and secure, knowing my skin will not suffer in the future, due to harsh chemicals. I feel as if I do not need to stress or fret about my skin throughout the day because I know that using Tahi is the best thing for it. Using tahi has made me feel excited to do my skincare especially at night after a long hard day of working. There is no better feeling than moisturising your face with Tahi's oil Moisturiser, and ending your skincare routine with their refreshing spray.
Q7. Would you recommend tahi to others, and why?
I would definitely recommend tahi to literally everyone, I love it so much and use it all the time, it is an essential staple in my life. But i would especially recommend it to those in need of a simple skincare routine, that actually works, no more money spent on large cosmetics brands that dont care about you and your skin, only your money. No more using fifty different products just for your skin to breakout the one day you dont use them. Wherever you're at in life whether its young and Life's already busy enough as it is, and we don't need something else weighing on your chest. I know without a doubt that tahi works, and it is a both short term and long term solution for all skin types.
