We are proudly based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Tahi Oils Limited trades as Tahi Skincare, and all of our products are created and shipped from here.
We do our very best to describe and photograph our products true to life. Because we use natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur — that’s part of their authenticity.
Within New Zealand: 2–3 business days for urban addresses, with one extra day for rural.
International: Up to 10 business days via NZ Post or FedEx. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or unexpected delays.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Yes. We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. You’ll just need to cover return shipping. Please email us at jackie@tahiskincare.com with your order number to arrange your return.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please email jackie@tahiskincare.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.
Never. Our products are cruelty-free — always tested on willing humans, never animals.
Yes. We choose our packaging carefully with sustainability in mind, and we’re always working to improve. Please recycle or reuse our bottles and jars where possible.
